All payments made towards training fees, admission fees, event registrations, or any other services are generally non-refundable.
If a payment is made multiple times or due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refund requests will be considered only in genuine cases such as:
Payment debited but registration not confirmed
Event cancelled by Winner Silambam Academy
No refunds will be provided for missed classes, voluntary withdrawal, or personal reasons.
